This Privacy Policy explains how Dzhavid Kerimov, an individual doing business as PULSAR (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the PULSAR mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

HEALTHKIT DATA COMMITMENT

HealthKit data is NEVER used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sale to third parties or data brokers. This is prohibited by Apple’s HealthKit guidelines and our own policy. HealthKit data is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to sync it.

Note on AI Processing: Data sent to Google Gemini API is transmitted via HTTPS. We send only the minimum necessary data. Raw GPS coordinates are NOT sent to the AI — only aggregated metrics such as total distance, duration, pace, and elevation gain.

Note on Subscriptions: RevenueCat receives only anonymous identifiers and subscription state. It does not receive your name, email, run data, or health information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or other legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

10. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice and an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
