How do I delete my account?
Open PULSAR → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all associated
data will be deleted within 30 days. You can also email privacy@pulsar.coach
if you no longer have access to the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID →
Subscriptions → PULSAR → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of
your current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Go to
reportaproblem.apple.com,
find the PULSAR purchase, and submit a refund request.
Does PULSAR work without an internet connection?
GPS run tracking works offline. AI coaching, training plan generation, and post-run
analysis require an internet connection to reach our servers.
Is PULSAR available on Android?
Not yet. PULSAR is currently iOS-only. Want Android? Let us know at

Can I use PULSAR for a marathon / half marathon / ultra?
PULSAR supports 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon training plans. Ultra distances
are not currently supported.
Can PULSAR replace a human coach?
No. PULSAR gives you a personalized plan and AI-generated guidance, but it is not a
substitute for a certified running coach or medical professional. If you have a
pre-existing injury or medical condition, please consult a doctor before starting any
training plan.
